About Pia

After 20+ years on the diet rollercoaster, I know exactly how exhausting it feels to be at war with food and your body. I tried everything: calorie counting, fasting, expensive meal plans, you name it! Only to lose weight and gain it back again.

What finally worked? A gentler approach that combined intuitive eating with somatic and nervous system tools to calm stress, heal my relationship with food and reconnect with my body. Ironically, the less I obsessed, the easier the weight came off. And stayed off.
