This isn’t any other
weight loss plan.

It’s a return to Self.

If you’re like most of the women I work with, you’ve tried it all: calorie counting, fasting, cleanses, “clean eating,” strict exercise plans. Each one came with hope that this time would finally be different. And maybe it worked for a little while, until the weight crept back on and the same cycle began again: restriction, overthinking, slipping up, shame and starting over on Monday.

I get it. Because I’ve lived it too. For over 20 years, I was stuck on that same exhausting rollercoaster: losing weight, gaining it back, feeling guilty, trying harder, only to end up in the same place.

The truth is, your body has never been the problem, it actually holds the solution.

Reconnect With Your Body.
Reclaim Your Life.

Food Freedom with Back to Being

The turning point came when I discovered a different way: one that combined intuitive eating with nervous system tools to calm stress, heal my relationship with food and finally let my body release the weight naturally and effortlessly.

The best part? The results lasted. No more “on track/off track,” no more guilt for enjoying food, no more fear of gaining it all back. Just steady, natural weight loss that fit my life while I continued to enjoy foods I loved; pasta, wine, croissants and connection with friends and family.

This is the approach I now guide women through today: a proven framework to lose weight effortlessly and naturally, reconnect with your body and finally feel confident in your skin without dieting, without restriction and without the mental load.

Returning to Self;
from diet-burnout to lasting weight loss

Pia Lehman with Back to Being

For years, I believed the secret to being happy in my body was discipline. More rules, more structure, more control. If I could just “be good,” then maybe I’d feel comfortable in my skin.

But instead of freedom, it brought exhaustion. My life revolved around food rules, tracking, weigh-ins, and fear of slipping up. I skipped dinners out, cooked separate meals, and said no to connection all for the sake of “staying on track.” And yet, despite all that effort, I was still stuck and frustrated by the lack of results. At some point, I realised no amount of willpower was going to fix what felt broken. I was tired of living life on pause until I “lost the weight.”

That’s when I turned to intuitive eating, but with a twist. I combined it with nervous system regulation: body-based practices that helped me calm stress, stop emotional eating and feel safe trusting myself around food.

Everything shifted. The weight started to come off effortlessly and naturally. Slowly, steadily, without the extremes. And this time, it stayed off. I began enjoying foods I used to fear (wine, pasta, peanut butter, pastries) without guilt. The more I trusted my body, the more it responded. I felt lighter, freer, more confident, and not just in my body, but in how I lived my life.

That’s the transformation I now help women achieve. A way to finally lose the weight while enjoying food, enjoying life and feeling completely at ease in your body.

Eat Freely. Live Lightly. Trust Your Body.

A Note to My High-Achieving Women

To my ambitious, career-driven women, I see you. Between board meetings, client dinners and business trips, strict meal plans and gym schedules just don’t stick. I lived it too: I’d feel “on track,” then one work trip with catered lunches and late nights would throw me back to square one. It’s not realistic to control food at every turn. Life is too full and you already have enough on your plate.

That’s why my framework works: it takes away the mental load of tracking and striving for “perfect” and gives you an effortless, natural way to lose weight, feel confident and actually live the bold life you’ve worked so hard for.
